“Carolyn, Joel, and Josiah ran great today.  They are young and have little experience.  Joel dropped a good bit of time in the mile from last week and Josiah ran a very nice first 800 race.  I put both of them in the 3k race for extra conditioning and they got some good work in.,” Juniata Distance Coach Jeff Miller said. “I thought Carolyn ran competitively in both of her races.  She’s currently focusing on basketball so I wasn’t exactly sure what to expect.  She didn’t disappoint.  I’m looking forward to seeing what she can do in outdoor track when she is just focusing on running.  She’s a big talent that has all the tools to be great in this sport.”
