Bald Eagle girls top Mo Valley

Back in the win column!

The Bald Eagle Area girls picked up a hard fought victory Saturday against Mo Valley, winning 5-1.

Bald Eagle opened the scoring on an Addison Tice unassisted goal at 10:43

Teammate Savanna Albright scored the second goal of the game off of an assist by Abby Hacker at 21:05.

Next for the Lady Eagles was a goal by Aaylah Kellander. She was assisted by Addie Tice at 29:09,

Less than two minutes later, Madison Donley scored on an unassisted goal at 30:43.

Rounding out the Bald Eagle scoring on an Abby Hacker penalty kick at 31:41.

Mo Valley scored the last goal at 68:10.

“What a great win! Everyone got involved in this one, five goals from five different girls. The defense was great,” said Eagles coach Jared Moore. “Addie Tice had a great game. She had a hand in 4 out of the 5 goals, whether it was scoring, assisting, or serving set pieces. She was great.”

In Corner opportunities Bald Eagle led 8-2.

The Eagles dominated in shots on goal by a 15-4 margin.

BEA goalie Cami Walker finished with three saves.

With the win, the Eagles improved to 4-11-1.

BEA’s Next Game is versus Central Tuesday.
