MC volleyball falls to Trinity

Mifflin County traveled to Trinity High School this evening to take on the Shamrocks.
JV struggled with unforced errors and lost in two sets with scores of 19-25 and 13-25. Jayda Thomas led the Huskies with five assists and two aces. Lily Curry led the team with four kills while Janessa Collins added three. Defensively, the team was led by Briah Moore with four digs while Ayden Long, Jovi Bush and Ashland Mazur each added three.
The Varsity team fell in three sets to a very strong team, losing 6-25, 4-25 and 12-25. Emily Porch led the defensive effort with seven digs, while Rylie Kahley and Kate Hartzler each added five. Jamilee Gilbert had five assists while Ella Hartzler, Leah Hartzler and Kate Hartzler each added two kills.
The team is back at home for their last home game of the season this Wednesday hosting Penns Valley.
