Bald Eagle matmen dominates Central
The Bald Eagle Area wrestlers dominated Central on the mats Saturday, topping the Dragons, 64-9.
It was a match that the Eagles would take all the weight classes but 172 and 285.
Opening up the match at 126, Hunter Gardner led things off with a pin over Ian Crilly 0:36.
Things started to roll at 132 when Cooper Gilham notched his team’s second pin as he pinned Alex Bowman at 2:53.
At 138, Mason Reese won by forfeit.
Bald Eagle got another win at 145 this time it was Jeffre Pifer got the forfeit win.
152-pounder Cameron Dubbs took an easy win as, picking up the third consecutive forfeit.
Again at 160, the Eagles notched a forfeit win as Noah Foltz got the win.
At 189 Matthew Knepp won by a 9-0 major decision over Tyler Hess.
It would be another easy win for the Eagles at 215 when Mason McAuley picked up the forfeit.
106-pounder Lucas Fye notched a pin over Tyler Biesinger 1:59.
It would another Bald Eagle forfeit win at 113 when Owen Johnson.
Rounding out things at 120 Coen Bainey pinned Jaxon Matthews at 0:49.
