Bald Eagles Mountain League win streak stopped by PO

All good things must come to an end.

After topping the All-time consecutive Mountain League mark of 80-consecutive wins, the Lady Eagles volleyball team looked to keep adding to the streak.

But Tuesday night the streak ended as the Lady Eagles fell to Philipsburg-Osceola in three (25-23, 25-19, 25-20).

Despite the loss, the Eagles got a strong effort by Madison Eckley with 22 assists, 18 digs and an ace.

Teammate Madison Perry chipped in with 16 digs and three kills.

Brynne Bisel also provided some punch to the Bald Eagle offense with 21 digs.

Rounding out the top performances for Bald Eagle Area was Lexi Skripek who finished with one assist and 18 digs.
