Bellefonte boys post shut out over Huntingdon

On Thursday, the Bellefonte boys soccer team kept to its winning ways topping Huntingdon 2-0.

The Red Raiders posted a goal in the first and one in the second to clinch the shut out win.

Bellefonte outshot the Bearcats 16-1

“Bellefonte controlled most of the game keeping the ball on our offensive half. We struggled to get shots off Huntingdon did a good job of packing it back defensively to stop our offense,” said Red Raiders coach Scott Martz. “Our defense did a great job not allowing them opportunities and keep pushing the ball back up into our 50.”
