Bellefonte boys soccer team shuts out rival BEA

The Bellefonte boys soccer team took the first meeting between them and their rivals, Bald Eagle Area 4-0 Tuesday.

It was a good game from our guys tonight we did a good job of moving the ball around and getting shot on goal,” said Bellefonte coach Scott Martz. “The Midfield played really well tonight moving the hall up and down the field. Defense did a nice job communicating with each other.”

Bellefonte outshot the Eagles 19-6

The Red Raider goalie Eli Davis had 2, and Logan proctor had 2.

Bellefonte notched its first goal at the 28:34 mark when Brady Wertz scored an unassisted goal.

In the 2nd half half, Noah Gadsby scored on a penalty kick at 46:00.

At 56:37, Andy Gerasenko found the back of the net on an assist by Gadsby.

Noah Gadsby finished the scoring on a direct kick goal at 61:02.
