Bellefonte girls open season with close win over PO

The Bellefonte girls basketball team met up with a familiar foe in the Philipsburg-Osceola Mounties Monday. The the game was a close one tbroughout, the Red Raiders defeated Philipsburg 44-40. High scorer for Bellefonte was Jaylee Lose with 12 points. High scorer for Philipsburg was Gustkey with 22 points.
