Bellefonte Lady Raiders moves on, tops Saint Marys

Courtesy of GameChanger Both teams were strong on the rubber Thursday, but Bellefonte defeated Saint Marys 3-2. Josselyn Nau allowed just eight hits to Saint Marys.

The Red Raiders fired up the offense in the second inning, when Ragan Manning hit a solo homer.

Nau earned the victory in the circle for Bellefonte. The righthander lasted seven innings, allowing eight hits and two runs while striking out two and walking zero.

The Red Raiders hit one home run on the day. Manning had a four bagger in the second inning.

Manning went 2-for-3 at the plate to lead Bellefonte Varsity Red Raiders in hits.
