Cubbison, Spriggle shines at Youngstown State University event

Saturday, local independent runner Kylee Cubbison and hurdler Ella Spriggle competed at the Youngstown State

University in their weekend high school event.

Cubbison’s first event was the 1600. Cubbison finished 4th out of 75 with a time 5:09.02 The time is a new PR for her.

In the hurdles, Spriggle came in 10th out of 31 with a time of 9.57

Spriggle’s was a season best.

The pair both ran independently.

Cubbison and Spriggle also recently competed in the PTFCA Track carnival  at Glenn Mills. Cubbison was second in the mile and 3rd in the 800. Spriggle came in 2nd in the hurdles.
