East Juniata girls outlast Line Mountain

The East Juniata girls, led by Cypress Feltman’s 14-point effort, outlasted Line Mountain in a 40-37 nail biter Friday night.

Line Mountain opened the game with an early 9-7 lead after one.

However, the Lady Tigers rallied back in the second to hold onto the the 19-18 lead going into the half.

Offensively, the Tigers grinded out 12 while holding the Eagles to nine.

In the second half, the Lady Tigers were able to outscore Line Mountain 21-19 en route to the victory.
