Hometown’s High School round up for September 28

COCOLAMUS – The East Juniata girls volleyball team had an exciting evening as they took car of Sugar Valley in a 3-0 fashion.

In the sweep, the Tigers won 25-15, 25-7 and 25-9.

Marissa Lauver lead the team tonight  with 10 aces.

Both the JV and varsity came out victorious.

Juniata 3, Saint Joseph’s Academy 1

Juniata tops Saint Joseph’s Academy in girls volleyball action, winning 3-1.

Girls soccer

Meadowbrook Christian 3, Juniata 2

After going ahead 2-0, the Juniata girls soccer team lost their momentum fallowing to Meadowbrook Christian 3-2.

Picking up goals were Thea Beward

Score was 2-0 at half Juniata. 

Tyrone 3, Bellefonte 1

Bellefonte girls over team fell 3-1 to Tyrone on Tuesday. Picking up the Red Raiders lone goal was Angelina Kosak.

Field hockey

The East Juniata field hockey team played against Line Mountain in varsity field hockey at EJHS on Tuesday. Line Mountain won 10-0.
