Huskies send three to PIAA State Track and Field Championships

The “best of the best” MIfflin County track and field were on display this past Friday and Saturday.

The three Huskies brought their talents to Shippensburg University on Saturday.

Taylor Ciccolini finished with a silver in the Javelin Saturday at the PIAA State Track and field championships in Shippensburg.

Ciccolini’s throw of 134’ 10” gave the Husky the second place nod.

Kylee Cubbison finished strong in the girls 3200-meter relay with a finishing time of 11:08.91.

Distance runner Braden Harris competed in the 3200-meter run and battled his was to a time of 9:37.65 good enough for a 19th place finish.
