Juniata rolls in Monday’s win over Greenwood 8-0

Daniel Lopez’s 5-goal effort launched the Juniata soccer team to an early week 8-0 victory over Greenwood in TVAA action.

In the first half,

At the  37:22 mark Juniata got its first goal of the game scored by Ricky Guante.

Lopez was next as he picked up his first goal at 32:29. He was assisted on the play by Ricky Guante.

At 19:58 – Lopez was back at it as he was assisted by Chase Hartland.

Things continued to roll for Lopez as he scored the hat trick at 39:19  Lopez added to his tally assisted by Guante.

Minutes later at 37:21 Lopez notched number four on another assist by Guante.

At 28:10 – Lopez hit his final goal the evening as he was assisted by Anthony Maradiaga.

Rounding out the scoring at 17:28 – Juniata, picked up a score Maradiaga. He assisted by Landon Beward on the play.

Juniata put the game officially out of reach at 9:24. Juniata last score was scored by Josue Osorio with assist coming from Landon Beward.

Shots on Goal was dominated by the Indians 18-8. The also led in corner opportunities 3-2

Juniata goalie Nolan Imes finished with 10 saves.
