Juniata tops Line Mountain, 9-1
Juniata brought out the bats Tuesday as they played the role of unfriendly hosts, posting a 9-1 victory over Line Mountain.
Nathan Berry picked up the win for the Indians.
Juniata started things out on the right foot, posting five runs in the first.
Line Mountain cut the lead to four in the third, plating a run.
However, the Indians would add two more in the bottom of the inning, upping it to 7-1.
Juniata added two more insurance runs in the bottom of the sixth, clinched the 9-1 win for the Indians.

“It was a Solid performance from Nathan Berry on the mound this evening. He worked himself out of a few jams tonight, and that’s what great pitchers do,” said Juniata coach Nick Beward. “Another solid hitting performance led by Devon Nealman and Jacob Condo.”
