Juniata’s Kepner reaches milestone as team ties Lewisburg at 13

MIFFLINTOWN – Juniata pitcher Carson Kepner reached a special milestone Monday capturing his 150th career strikeouts.

Coming into the contest, Kepner was just three away from the milestone and captured it early in the Indians contest against Lewisburg.

However, the bats on both teams were alive and running as the two finished the contest tied 13-13.

The game was called due to darkness and will be finished at a later date.
