Juniata’s Shepps awarded as TVL MVP

Recently, the Tri-Valley League All-Stars were announced. Below are the MVP’s followed by the list.
Leading the way locally was
MVP Jasper Shepps,  JR.  Juniata – Led the TVL in receptions (49 for 816 yards and 14 touchdowns), interceptions (4 for 168 return yards and 2 touchdowns), and 2ndin punt returns (7 for 105 yards).

In the TVL boys soccer, the Co-MVPs were Joshua Ertel,  SR,  Halifax  – Led TVL in goals (35) and points (85)and 2nd in assists (15). Season stats – 50 goals and 24 assists for 124 points.

He shared the award with teammate Waid Gainer,  SR.  Halifax – Led TVL in assists (22), 2nd in points (48), and 4th in goals (13). Season stats – 23 goals and 29 assists for 75 points.

 In girls soccer, the MVP was won by 

Claire Wechsler, JR.  Susquenita – Led TVL in goals (14) and points (32), and 4th in assists (4). Season stats 23 goals and 6 assists for 52 points.

Field hockey wise the  MVP was awarded to Adison Geer, SR.  Newport Led TVL in points (12) and assists (4) and 2nd in goals (4). Season stats 32 goals and 22 assists for 86 points.

 MVP for volleyball was won by Shae Ramberger, SR.  Halifax TVL stats – 2nd in blocks (23), 3rdin kills (79), 7th in aces (29), 9th in service points (80), and 10th in digs (66). Season stats 140 kills, 138 service points, 130 digs, 58 aces,and 58 blocks.

 On the golf links, the MVP  was awarded to Madison Koshko,  JR.  Saint Joseph’s Catholic Academy – Led TVL in average score (69.50).
