Knode finishes 19th in Mid-Penn championships

Today the Mifflin County girls golfers competed in the girls Mid-Penn championships today at Armitage Golf Club.
Kolbi Knode shot a 101 to finish in a tie for 19th place out of 40 participants.
This was Kolbi’s first mid penn championship. Finishing in the top half is quite an accomplishment especially considering the heat today. This is a great score for her, and I’m happy for her to accomplish this, and look forward to her improving next year.
The MC golf team will be in action again tomorrow 9/28 at Altoona. Kolbi will be participating in the girls district 6 championships on 10/9 and 10/10 at Summit Country Club.
