Lady Huskies dominate Chambersburg
Mifflin County’s Offense finished with three different players scoring a goal as the Lady Huskies’ field hockey team dominated Chambersburg 4-0.
Lexi Corson, who had two goals, got the Mifflin County goals started at 13:38 in the first quarter when she caught a pass from Brenna Dobson and sent it home.
Lexi Corson picked up the team’s next score at 11:20 in the second quarter from Hailee Sheetz.
Adria Hartzler hit her goal in the 3rd quarter at 5:06 from Hailee Sheetz.
Sheetz plastered a goal at 9:33 in the fourth quarter from Monica Druckenmiller to ice the victory. Sophie McCurdy had 7 saves in the cage.
The Mifflin County JV team won 1-0. Sophie McCurdy scored the goal. The Huskies play again on Saturday against West Perry.
