Lady Raiders fall to tough Central team

Wednesday, The Bellefonte girls basketball team went up against a tough Central team and fell 40-24 in a Mountain League battle.

Maddie Tice led the offense for Bellefonte with 13.

“Tonight wasn’t a good night for us. We took good shots but they were not falling. The 3rd quarter was not our best effort and it sealed the deal for Central,” said Bellefonte coach Marcus Toomer. “We know what we have to work on and we will have a better showing next game.”

Bellefonte will be back in action Thursday against Clearfield.
