Lady Rams fall to Loyalsock, 60-43

In a makeup game from December 16th,  the Penns Valley girls basketball team fell to Loyalsock 60-43 Saturday.

Hannah Montminy & Katie Romig high scorers with 12 each.

In the first quarter, Loyalsock narrowly outscored the Lady Rams 11-10.

The game remained close in the second as well, Loyalsock upped its lead to 25-21 as the game went into the intermission.

But a 21-6 scoring run by the home team proved to the Lady Rams Achilles heel as it found themselves trailing 46-27 going into the final stanza.

Penns Valley played with pride in the fourth outscoring Loyalsock 16-14 but it wasn’t enough to mount a comeback.

Next game: Monday, January 6th Home vs Midd-West.
