MC girls fall to Waynesboro 2-0

The MC girls soccer team fell to a feisty Waynesboro team 2-0 Monday.

Picking up goals for the Indians were Lainey Peyton at 8:50 and Nikki Davis from Lainey Peyton at 19:38.

Waynesboro outshot the Huskies 13-2 and 3-1 in corner opportunities.

Mifflin County goalie Liberty Cook had 11 saves. Waynesboro goalkeeper Abby Byers had two.
