MC girls lose tough home game to Lewisburg

On Saturday, the Mifflin County girls basketball team went up against Lewisburg in a prime time battle.

The night would belong to the Dragons as they topped the Lady Huskies 55-42.

Mifflin County was led by Mackenzie Peachey’s 14-point performance.

Teammate Jayda Kanagy followed up with a 12-point effort.

In the JV contest Lewisburg won 21-13.

Mya Felmlee led the Huskies with eight.
