MC girls soccer falls to Gettysburg

The MIfflin County girls soccer team faced off against Gettysburg Wednesday and fell 3-0.

Allison Scheungrab posted two goals for Gettysburg.

Scheungrab hit her first goal via a penalty kick at 59:02.

She hit her second one late in the contest at 75:50.

Rounding out the scoring for Gettysburg was Colleen Haines goal that was assisted by Scheungrab at 78:05.

Gettysburg led in corners by a kicks 6-1 and in shots on goal by a 18-3 margin.

Mifflin County goalie Liberty Cook finished with 15 saves while Gettysburg goalie Sammi Grant had three.

They also fell in the JV contest, 4-0.
