MC XC team is pure Perfection!!

The domination continues. Tuesday the Mifflin County Boys Cross Country team picked up perfect scores against CD and CD East today (15-50 and 15-48 respectively). 

Mifflin County finished with seven runners topping out in the top 10.

Leading the way was Carter Smith posting a winning time of 17:36.

Reese Cubbison also finished with a 17:36 for a close second place finish.

Wyatt Kauffman followed close behind in third with a time of 17:44.

Hoyt Rodenbaugh was next with a fourth place time of 17:56.

Rounding out the top five was Husky

Aidan Scavitti with a time of 17:58.

“Our team had a great outing at Central Dauphin’s course today. It’s our first week in a while where we don’t have a second meet coming up. We took the opportunity to get in some quality work treating it as our first workout back,” said Mifflin County coach Alex Monroe. “Most everyone looked better than I expected following Foundation. We will buckle down and train hard for a few more weeks before tapering off in October. We return to competition next Saturday at the Gettysburg Invitational.” 

Koy Aurand continued MIfflin County’s dominance as he placed seventh with a time of 18:29.

Hart Oden topped out in eighth place as he finished with a 18:38.
