MIfflin County girls open season strong; tops CD East

The MIfflin County girls soccer team got their season off and running in a big way, taking care of CD East 6-0.
Sarah Henry picked up the hat trick while Aubrey Strohecker added two as well.
It would be a game where the Huskies were able explode on offense posting a 35-0 advantage.
They also led in corner kicks by an 8-0 margin.
Henry notched the first goal of the game with the assist Coming from Strohecker at 22:04.
Less then two minutes later Henry again found the back of the net with the assist coming from Brynn Knepp at 24:03.
Henry notched yet another goal with an assist coming from Brynn Knepp at 43:19.
At the 45:26 mark, Strohecker got into the scoring column thanks to an assist by Henry at 45:26.
As the game started to wind down, Strohecker hit goal number two with assist going Brynn Knepp at 67:35.
Knepp rounded out the scoring as Lily Yoder notched the final assist at 69:17.
