Mifflin County Lady Huskies Shut out James Buchanan

The MIfflin County girls soccer team lit up the night Wednesday as they blasted James Buchanan 7-0.

Abby Anderson started the Huskies scoring as she picked up an assist by Mackenzie Peachey and sent it home at 5:07.

Emma Herwig led the Lady Huskies offense, picking up the hat trick en route to the victory.

The Huskies were back at it at 11:23 when Herwig lit it up thanks to an assist by Lorynn Knepp.

Ashlyn Lyles put her name in the scoring column as she was assisted by Madison Keefer at 31:08.

Herwig hit her second goal of the game off an assist by Mackenzie Peachey at 41:40.

Herwig’s final goal of the night came off an Abby Anderson pass at 43:20.

It was Peachey to Peachey on the next MIfflin County goals as Madison Peachey scored off an assist by Mackenzie Peachey at 44:45.

Rounding out the scoring for Mifflin County was an unassisted goal by  Mackenzie Peachey at 63:55.
