MIfflin County opens with early lead and never looks back in victory over Chambersburg

The MIfflin County baseball team posted in the win column again Thursday afternoon as it defeated Chambersburg 13-9.

MIfflin County struck early and often in order to pick up the win.

Marshall Maidens, Colby Bodtorf and Luke Lyter all finished with 2-hit performances.

Lyter and Bodtorf also were walked twice in the game.

Leading the team in RBIs on the day was Cole Knable and Bryce Dobson with three each.

Rylan Bailey finished with four strikeouts on his limited time on the mound while teammate Ian Hartzler struck out two batters.
