Monday night in front of their fans in the “Dawg Pound” the MIfflin County volleyball team opened their season with a 3-1 win over Hershey.

Riley Hine- 3 aces, 7 kills, 6 digs, 2 blocks
Jamilee Gilbert- 3 aces, 3 kills, 16 assists
Maggie McMullen- 4 aces, 7 kills, 6 digs, 2 blocks
Gracen Haines- 2 aces, 4 kills, 2 digs, 4 blocks
Scores: 22-25, 26-24, 25-21, 25-22
JV fell to Hershey 2-1. Strong performances by Jensyn Taylor (2 aces, 6 kills), Kate Hartzler (2 aces, 4 kills, 2 digs), Leah Hartzler (2 kills, 2 blocks), and Adisyn Lyles (1 kills, 5 assists). Scores were 23-25, 25-22, and 6-15.
