Numerous team claim top spots at JVFL cheerleading competition

Sunday, It was the Juniata Football League cheerleaders that took center stage as they would start off the JVFL’s second day of competition out with a competition of their own.

After numerous good performances, the judges released their results.

In the flag division, the Kish Indians took the top spot followed by the Juniata Indians, State College Little Lions and finally Lewistown.

The Pee Wee division’s winner was Juniata, followed by Lewistown, State College, Little Mingoes and lastly Penns Valley.

Finally in the Midget division, the Lewistown Panthers took the top spot. Penns Valley came in second while State College, Little Mingoes, Kish and Juniata rounded out the order, respectively.
