Penns Valley baseball falls to Tyrone
The Penns Valley Baseball traveled to Tyrone Tuesday where they fell 8-4.
The Golden Eagles jumped out to a 6-0 lead after three.
But the Rams plated a 4-run fourth, cutting the Throne lead to 6-4.
However, that would be all Penns Valley could muster as they went onto the 8-4 contest.
Leading the offense for Penns Valley were Ty Houtz (3 for 4, 3 singles, 2 RBIs, and run scored),
Aidan Brinker (2 for 3 with 2 singles and RBI), Miles Brooks: (hit, RBI, and run scored), Mason Lieb (hit) and Malachi Thompson (hit, walk, and run scored).
Penns Valley’s overall record Is 5-9 and a Mountain League Record of 3-8.
