Penns Valley girls fall to Richland in D6 post season opener

The season ended quietly for the Penns Valley Girls Basketball team Wednesday as they fell to Richland in the District 6 3A Quarterfinals game. Richland outlasted the Lady Rams in a thrilling 49-47 contest.

Top three scorers for Penns Valley were Lilly Smith (10 Points), Ellie Romig & Paige Johnson (9 points each) and Elle Dinges (8 Points).

Penns Valley finished with a final overall record of 14-9. Final Laurel Highlands Conference record finished at 11-7.
