Penns Valley girls notch first victory of the season

The Penns Valley girls basketball team picked up its first win Tuesday as they defeated Huntingdon 45-35. 

Penns Valley’s Katie Romig was high scorer with 20 points while teammate Ann-Marie McMurtrie was second high scorer with nine points.

Kailen Winkelblech and Scotty Dinges were third high scorers with seven points.

The Rams Overall Record is 1-2 and 1-0 in the Mountain League.

Next game for Penns Valley will be Friday, December 17th Home vs Tyrone. VARSITY ONLY at 7:30 pm. The JV team will play St. Joe’s Catholic Academy before the varsity game on Friday, December 17th at 6 pm.
