Penns Valley ups its Record to 3-4; tops Clearfield

Closing in on the .500 mark.

The Penns Valley Baseball baseball team climbed to 3-4 on the year as they defeated Clearfield 10-5.

Picking up the win for the Rams was Mason Lieb.

Lieb also carried an explosive offensive pinch going 4 for 5 with 3 singles, 1 double, 3 runs, and 1 RBI.

Others picking up the pace offensively were Ty Houtz 3-for-5 with 3 singles and run.

Aidan Brinker 2-for-5 with a single, double, and two runs.

Rylee Brungart 3-for-4 with three singles and a run.

Miles Brooks 3-for-3 with three singles and a run.

Penns Valley opened up an early five run lead in the first four innings en route to the victory.

Penns Valley improves to an Overall Record of 3-4 and a League Record of 2-4.

Next game for the Rams is Friday, April 23rd at Huntingdon.
