Lock Haven, PA- Following a very successful visit by the super late models June 29, Clinton County Motor Speedway action continues Friday July 6 at 7:30.

The Pro Stock division takes center stage when their A-Main will be run over a 20 lap distance. The stock car drivers have been very competitive this season and the night is sure to be no different. Four different winners have earned checkered flags out of six events run. Tommy Dawson and A.Y. Shilling have two wins to date. Kevin Vanenburg and Noah Jensen are lone winners.

While the pro stocks are the nights featured division, there’s plenty more racing action on tap.

The limited late models return led by the Yoder family who have been dominate this season. Both Jim and Dylan Yoder have two wins apiece. J R Toner is a one time winner. Toner’s expected back in action after seriously damaging his racer in a prior crash. Toner’s car has been reassembled after a rebuild by fellow competitor Coleby Frye which should return Toner to the front of the field.

Tim Campbell has been the dominate front wheel drive 4 cyl., winner scoring three wins so far. Adam Campbell stopped his winning streak June 29 to record his first win of the season.

The 270 and 600 micro sprints have seen Jeff Weaver a factor in both classes. Weaver is a three time winner in 270 action while scoring a lone 600 win. Quinn Roberts, Ross Perchak, Brandon Edgar and Bob Sanso are also 270 winners. Garrett Bard owns two 600 victories thus far.

If that isn’t enough open wheel excitement the Laurel Highlands 305 sprint cars return to the 3/8 mile oval led by Brad Mellott, Tyler Cochran, Ken Duke, Kyle Ganoe and Ronnie Aurand. Ageless veteran Cowboy Jim Kennedy, now over 80 years young is also expected to bring his iconic no. 7 to the lighting quick oval.

Gates open at 5 pm for the five division program with warm ups set for 7.
