Red Raider junior high basketball teams end season with sweep of Huntingdon

In their final games of the season, the Bellefonte boys junior high teams ended on a strong note, sweeping Huntingdon in the process. For the season, the A-team finished at 15-7 while the B-team finished with 17-3 record.

In Wednesday A-Team action,

Bellefonte topped the Bearcats 40-28.

High Scorers for Bellefonte were Derek Cox 15 and Trevor Johnson 10.

The momentum continued in the next game when the B-Team posted a convincing 30-6 win over Huntingdon.

High Scorers for the Red Raiders were Brady Wertz with eight and Tanner Ebeling five.

After the results of both of the junior high teams, the future looks bright for Red Raider boys basketball.
