Saturday night Spotlight: RedHawks and Penns Valley meet up in 8U baseball action

In prime time Saturday night action, Juniata County’s RedHawks 8U team went up against Penns Valley in a rare under the lights meeting.

With the future of Juniata and Centre County being showcased, it was evident to all that there is still a chance to be taught and have fun all at one time. The RedHawks finished with the 14-4 win.

But after the game, the two decided to start another game.

Like the Chicago Cubs Hall of Famer Ernie Banks would say, “Let’s play two.”

And two was what they played.
