Sechler captures two Mid-Penn championships, Cubbison sets record with Mid-Penn Crown

Kylee Cubbison finished her 1600-meter run, finishing with a went sub 5 minute mark, posting a 4:58.26 and won the Mid-Penn  championship in the 1600. She set the school record and personal record as well in the amazing finish.

She finished a strong second in the 3200-meter run with a time of 11.18.28.

On the boys’ side, Josiah Sechler continued his domination in the javelin placing first with a winning throw of 182’ 6”. With the win, Sechler also was crowned Mid-Penn Champion as well. Sechler also finished with the Mid-Penn crown in the boys long jump with a leap of 22’ 10 1/4”.

Teammate Chris Royer finished 13th in the 1600 with a time of 4:38.99.

Dillon sweet finished sixth in the triple jump with a leap of 42’ 8”.

Alexander Price finished seventh in the shot put with best throw of 45’ 8 1/2”.

Caden Kauffman finished 11th in the high jump with a launch of 5’ 10”.
