Senior night delight! St. Joes tops Harmony

It was Senior night delight for St.Joes Wolfpack as they topped Harmony 65-58 Friday night.
Saint Joseph’s jumped out to a big lead at halftime behind Aidan Cross’s 16 first half points. The Wolfpack took a 36-20 lead into the break.  Noah Straub and Brendan Scanlon buried three consecutive three-point shots to finish the quarter on a 9-0 run.
In the third quarter however, the Owls erased the entire deficit tying the game at 43 before Scanlon hit a three-pointer at the buzzer.  In the fourth, the Wolfpack pulled away as Straub hit a three in the corner, followed moments later by a Cross bucket and free throw.
The Wolfpack won their second consecutive game as the final score read 65-58.  Scanlon led all scorers with 32 points, Aidan Cross added 19, and Noah Straub chipped in 11.
The Wolfpack improve to 2-15 and take on Williamsburg on the road on Tuesday.
*There was no JV game as the Owls only had nine active players on their roster.
**Aidan Cross, Daniel Dawson and Elliott Weyhe played in their second to last home game as they celebrated senior night.
