SHIPPENSBURG- Creating another chapter to his legacy!!! Carter Smith is making history as he just captured the PIAA 800m State Championship!!! He finished as Two day Double Champion-1600 and 800.

In the 800-meter run he finished with a time of 1:50.56, another School Record!!
