Smith is Golden! This time takes home State Championship in the 1600

SHIPPENSBURG – Adding to his legacy, Mifflin County runner Carter Smith collected another PIAA State Championship Friday in the 1600-meter run. His time and new school record of 4:01.54 put another medal in what has been a very historic career.
