Soaring Bald Eagle lands another title

LORETTO – The Eagles continue to soar to new heights this season.
The B.E.A. volleyball won the St. Francis Tournament Saturday.
After winning its first Bald Eagle Area Tournament championship, the Eagles continued its powerful performances as it cruised in pool play.
In Pool Play, the veteran crew defeated tough teams in their own rights like Cambria Heights (25-21, 26-28),
Conemaugh Township (25-15, 25-14),
Northern Bedford (‪25-16, 25-13) and then finally ‬ Purchase Line ( 25-16, 25-17).
In the play offs, the Eagles dominated Forest Hill, 25-17.
In the Semi-final Central Cambria gave BEA a challenge before falling 25-19 and 25-20.
In Finals, BEA dropped Westmont-Hilltop ‪25-22 25-14 to end the day undefeated and proud winners of the tournament.‬
