St. Joseph boys continue its winning ways
Saint Joseph’s extended it’s winning streak to 13 as the Wolves took down Southern Huntingdon 73-59 on Saturday afternoon.
Saint Joseph’s was led by sophomore guard Brendan Scanlon who poured in a career high 31 points on 12-17 from the field. Scanlon connected on six 3-point field goals. Jack Mangene turned in another double-double notching 16 points and 13 rebounds. Cam Khoza and Matt Steyers rounded out the scoring with 7 a piece.
The Wolves led 39-29 at the break and extended the lead to 61-47 at the end of three quarters.
Saint Joseph’s record improves to 17-4 and they will face Williamsburg on Tuesday in their final regular season match up.
