Wednesday contest: Juniata Indians Fall After Strong Showing By Halifax

The Juniata Indians couldn’t keep up with Halifax and fell 12-1 on Wednesday.
Halifax were the first to get on the board in the first scoring one run.
Halifax scored five runs on five hits in the top of the third inning.
Bryce Harlon took the loss for the Indians. The hurler went two and two-thirds innings, allowing six runs (three earned) on four hits, striking out one and walking three.
Caleb Auker went 2-for-3 at the plate and led the team with one run batted in.
Halifax turned one double play in the game.
Next up for Juniata is a game at Upper Dauphin Area on Friday.
