Witmer finishes second at MLB Pitch, Hit and Run Competition


She’s one of the Best of the best!

Boalsburg resident Victoria Witmer, 11,  was recently invited to participate in the Major League Baseball’s Pitch, Hit Run competition at PNC Park in Pittsburgh this for softball.


She competed in the local Pitch, Hit and Run Competition through Centre Region Parks and Rec in State College in the spring. Her score in the competition was high enough to secure her a spot in the states competition.


She got 2nd for her age group 11/12 year old girls.
