Bellefonte 11-12s toss no-no against Mifflin County

Centre County met up with Mifflin County this Little League post season when the Bellefonte 11-12 year old all-stars traveled to Lewistown to take on the kids from Mifflin County.
It would be a one-sided affair as the Bellefonte team led by pitcher Landen Black tossed a no-hitter while his teammates were on fire offensively, leading to an 8-0 shut out, moving them into a showdown with rival Nittany Valley a game later.
Black tallied six strike outs in the process.
Bellefonte opened up the game in grand fashion, posting two runs.
Hayden Alterio led off the game with a single.
With one out, Stephen Ivicic singled up the middle, putting runners on first and second.
Max Rogers reached base on an error to bring in both Alterio and Ivicic.
In the top of the second, Bellefonte added a run to up the lead at 3-0.
Leading the way was Conner Grey who belted an RBI single.
Bellefonte added another run in the fourth and then four more in the top of the final stanza to bring home the 8-0 victory.
