Juniata baseball scores early; holds onto win over Rams
The Juniata baseball team got their season off and running Friday as the battled a tough Penns Valley team in their season opener.
Picking up the win for the Indians was Carson Kepner.
Juniata outlasted Penns Valley 11-6 to notch the win.
Open g the first, the Indians broke out with five runs and then added three in the third and was able to hold on from there after a late rally by Penns Valley.
Offensively, the Indians were led by Reinhold as well as he helped his own cause posting three hits in the contest.
Also picking up multiple hits on the night were Carson Kepner and Brandon Snyder.
Wyatt Stoner notched a four RBI nod while teammate Daylyn Kennedy had three to pace the team.
