Juniata has easy time with Boiling Springs, 48-28

MIFFLINTOWN – The domination continues…..
The Juniata football team continues to roll winning its fourth in-a-row and jumping over the .500 mark on the season.
Offensively, the Indians welcomed the return of running back Seth Laub back to the field, adding to its already explosive line ups.
In their Friday night contest against Boiling Springs. The Indians popped the Boilers bubble taking home a 48-28 victory.
Receiver Jasper Shepps led the air attack when he and quarterback Wyatt Ehrenzeller hooked up six times for 189 yards. Ehrenzeller just finished short of passing for 300 yards, with a 281 yard passing performance. Shepps also completed a pass for 21 yards, giving the “Big Red Machine” 302 yards through the air.
In his first game back, Laub rushed for 43 while teammate Javier Lopez muscled his way to a 45-yard rushing night. When the dust settled the rushing game finished with 149 yards on the ground to go with the 302 yards passing. All in all, the Indians finished with 451 total offense on the night.
Starting right from the beginning kick off, Juniata dominated Boiling Springs 21-0 after the first quarter.
Offensively, the Indians continued to roll through the Bubblers, scoring another 20, taking a 41-14 advantage at the intermission.
Though the Indians scored only a touchdown in the second half, they easily came home with the impressive 48-28 victory.
