Juniata softball loses heartbreaker to Millersburg

The Juniata softball team lost a heartbreaker Thursday against Millersburg, falling 1-0.

Elizabeth Gaisior once again had a sizzling time on the mound as she finished with 16 strikeouts in a tough loss.

Gaisior also had a single.

Olivia Laub had two hits and Navi Jackson also added a hit for Juniata.

With so many close contests this season, Juniata falls to a deceiving record of 3-11 while Millersburg is now 8-4.

Juniata is back at it Friday against Penns Valley.
