Juniata versus Juniata for D6 Doubles Championship

The Juniata doubles tennis team followed in their singles teammates footsteps in the District 6 Class AA tennis championships.

The doubles team of Emmitt Hibbs and Xane Whitesel won their two matches as did the Indians duo of Adam French and Gavin Kint.

With the win, it will be an all Juniata championship match between the team members.

Hibbs and Whitesel opened their competition defeating Eli McCoy and Sebastian Masterson 6-3 and 6-0.

The duo advanced to the finals as they defeated Trevor Dickson and Holden McBrayer 6-1 and 6-1.

French and Kint got a bye in the first round.

In the second round, the team defeated Charlie Snee and Taha Al-Ubaidi 6-2 and 6-2.
